Buick Renzezvous

Does anyone know where to find the exaust "tip" used on the Tiger Woods Edition Buick Rendezvous. It was probably a custom fabrication. If not please direct me to a supplier. Also looking for portholes for the same vehicle. ESETZ appears to be the easiest sollution. Thanks
