Clicking noise when turning left or right

2007 Buick Lacrosse. Has developed a clicking noise when turning left or right. Recently replaced all 4 struts and both front axle bearing and hub assembles. Any suggestions?

Last I checked, clicking while turning is usually CV shafts.

Never replace CV's before. Is this something an owner can tackle? Or should I look for a shop? The struts and hubs weren't that difficult for me to do here at home.

Typically replace the entire CV shaft. Not sure on the Lacrosse. It's generally not too hard.
