I am reading the owner's manual for my 2010 Lacrosse CXL with Nav system. The manual talks about personalization by driver, but I can't find it. What am I missing?

I have a CXS with nav and also missing the "Personalization by Driver" entry. Not only that but the "Remote Start Cooled Seats" or "Heated Seats" don't seem to work. Can't get them to turn on with remote start no matter what.
Called the GM customer help line but they had no idea. Looking for answers...
I can't get the door locks to function as they should. There is one menu choice that won't work as the manual says it should. I should be able to set the drivers door up to lock five seconds after exiting the vehicle but it will either lock immediately or never.
My guess is the programming in the module that controls this needs to be reflashed. I'm sure the dealer could fix the issue. It slipped my mind when I had mine in for the brake issue.
