They have the EGR. I do not see the adapter listed at car-parts.comHave you tried salvage yards?

So I was able to cut and press out the old pipe. It is not meant to come out, however it will with some work. I am tapping and threading a fitting in the adapter. This will house the EGR tube. I am taking the EGR tube ( Aftermarket) the long not bent side has to be cut. Once it is it will fit into the sleve I am threading in on the adapter, and the other end goes to the backside exhaust port with the factory keeper working perfectly. I will post a new thread with pics, and link on this thread so others can do this same fix. This part is available no were used or new. The EGR tube on the adapter can start to leak as was my issue.
Yes I definitely will do so. Had a family death. Once the dust settles and I press in the copper fitting I'll post pics step by step. It can be done with a medium size bench vice.Welcome to the Buick Forums. Sorry you didn’t get your question answered about the vacuum lines in your first thread. Be careful, GM uses plastic hard lines for fuel delivery, otherwise, yes, just replace each hose with rubber or silicone.
As for your EGR project, your very last line of your last post should have been your lead. It helps us to know the problem first since we can often recommend a solution used by many before you.
You sound like a very capable craftsman to be able to fabricate solutions. We’re curious now — will you post some pictures of your EGR solution?
