I’d say 6-8 hours for a professional. That’s assuming they have to start from scratch. They may have templates from similar cars that can be modified and save some time. It also depends on the level of detail you want. At a minimum you want a CLD inside the door shell and you want to seal the holes. Keep the OEM plastic and polyester liners.

If you can afford it, I’d also apply CLD on the outside of the door shell and CCF inside the door panel. Finish it off with a layer of MLV and you should be able to reduce the overall noise level by 8-10 dB. You’ll also have a big improvement in the quality of your sound system.

I don’t have a clue about the cost. My best guess is $600-$750.

In San Francisco, I asked and it was $400/door at City Car Radio. Gave me the bump to do it myself.

No doubt! I totally missed those pics until now. I will have to try that next time I need to remove a panel. The first time I reinstalled one of the front door panels, it took me an hour and tested every bit of patience I had.

I ended up breaking something on that top strip with the clips. It used to stay in place and now it will slide back and forth. It’s fine once you get that top edge on, though. I’ve also become pretty efficient getting the panels back on.

I had that issue with my Android pics as well. Most likely the resolution is set too high. I ended up opening the pics in Lighthouse and saving a copy at 75% quality.

I've got a ton of pics, especially for the doors. I can send them to you in a ZIP file if you want them. Just send me a DM. I still haven't finished my soundproofing because the front doors kicked my butt! I've been waiting for cooler weather, which just happened yesterday, so I'm gonna get back to work today. I have to do the floor and the sides of the trunk.

If you come up with any creative ways to fully seal the holes in the front doors, let me know and feel free to ask questions.
