Take photos if you can!I went ahead and ordered a pair of both bushings. I got under the car yesterday and both front bushings are shot, I could see daylight through both. I did tighten up the through bolts to the lower control arm and that eliminated all the noise I was hearing, they were just barely loose.
I think it is possible to press out the bushings with a control arm bushing/ball joint press by just unbolting the lower control arm, and loosening the left, rear frame bolt so you can swing it out of the way. I remember there being plenty of play when I unbolted the lower control arm when I installed the front Eibach springs. I'd much rather go that route than taking everything apart because getting the strut back in was a huge pain.
I'll be sure to post my insights when I attempt replacement in a few weeks.

Yeah, so both sides upper and lower are completely toast. The rear trailing arm bushings seem to be toast too and show some play when I move them side to side with a crowbar (squeezed my phone in to take some video and saw tears in the bushings). I've ordered the spring insulators (4), rear trail arms, and link arms from RockAuto. Hope that sorts out the rear clunks (and the odd squeak I can hear which I figure are the rubber bushings). The rear stabilizer bar was pretty solid so I don't think it's that...I'd bet your rear, lower coil spring insulators are toast. When I swapped over to the Eibach springs the rear, lower coil spring insulator fell apart when I pulled the springs out. Until I could get a replacement I had to put them back in and it sounded like what you're describing until the new insulator was installed. Part# 13330714 and I purchased them on eBay.
Stockwusr.com has the parts fir my 2013 bucik lacrosse touring cxs with hiperstrut suspension and h-arm rear.looks like you need to purchase the yoke, need to find a junk yard because they are discontinued, part #GM 22812726
Hello, any updates?Any update on the job?
Both driver side strut yoke bushings have been replaced. Noise is gone.Upon further diagnosis the right front has a bad OPAB 004 bushing (rearward strut yoke bushing)
Edit : imma dumbass everything I need is in chat
For real bro you a legend for this thank you so much. 🙏🙏OK, Over at the Caddilac forum there was the same issue going on. Some one did them and gave this information. Febest OPAB 004 and OPAB 005. Ebay or Amazon. It looks like it fits the Opel insignia and is the same as Regal? I got you contact information so you can call. You can google Febest to look at their site.

What specific tools did you use? The metal sleeve on my bushings were seized
I used thick washers a high grade all thread rod and an electric impact. Once the sleeves/bushings moved I switched to ratchet. I did not want to damage the bores in the yoke. What specific tools did you use? The metal sleeve on my bushings were seized
Can you send a picture of the washers and the length and diameter of the all thread pleaseeeeI used thick washers a high grade all thread rod and an electric impact. Once the sleeves/bushings moved I switched to ratchet. I did not want to damage the bores in the yoke.
