Getting ready to buy a TourX next week

DC1 as well. I did see a documented case of someone getting their cluster replaced to fix that issue, though. So if it bugs you, you can twist the dealer's arm to get that solved. I never use it.

Also LOL @ the irony of BuickGuy telling everyone to buy Toyotas yet saying buy what you want. Danged enviro-snowflakes pushing their climate loving EVs. How dare they!! How dare I be told what to buy as well!! 🙄

When I can buy an EV SUV with 3rd row that doesn't cost as much as a small country I will be the first on board. Seeya ancient rod/piston engines.

Love it - I'm in the same boat. The only thing really holding me back is that I have to plan road trips around charging stations, but that will get better with time.

Speed limit can be displayed next to the digital readout of your current speed between the gauges. I usually just turn it on when I am in an area I am not as familiar with and I don't know speed limits. But with that said, keep in mind the data can be wrong since it is not reading the signs, it is reading data off the maps to tell you what it was at the time.

My option C sold today so it's no longer an option. I believe my Option B Also doesn't have either of the DC packages. Which I think is wild. I'm guessing that the best way to tell if a vehicle has DC2 by photos is the adaptive cruise button on the top of the left side of the steering wheel right? Here is my current list:

a. Black/Black 46k miles with DC1, DC2, SS, white needle, $24k
b. Black/Black 44k miles with, SS, red needle, $24k, aftermarket(?) tow kit
c. White/Black 17k miles with DC1, DC2, SS, red needle, $25k
d. Dark Red/Black 20k miles with DC1, DC2, SS, red needle, $22k

Any opinions on that list?

Just found out that the Rioja has a branded title. Beautiful car but I don't want to risk that, especially since long distance buying.

Probably pulling the trigger on option A or C on Monday. Can't wait!

What do I need to do to activate the speed limit sign on a red needle?

When digital display of speed is up...arrow over and you will have the option. Once you check it it will display to the right of speed.

Could you please go into detail about this? I'm not completely familiar with this yet, so I'm not sure what that means. Is the speed limit displayed while using Nav? And when you turn the car off it goes away?

Thanks again for all y'alls replies!
There is an option to display the speed limit of the location/road the vehicle is at (I believe it required GPS navigation system). It is displayed in the instrument panel cluster (IPC).
With the QNX based ("Red needles") infotainment system, the speed limit display does not stay on after ignition cycle and has to manually turn back on every time. This is a SW issue with the IPC and I am not sure if there is any service bulletin released to fix it.

If you search on the board here someone with a Red Needle did get this fixed by their dealer. I believe it was a full cluster replacement that solved it.

Interestingly Carvana has 5 Tourx's and 4 are showing "purchase pending"

I did take a quick look at Carvana the other day and noticed that. Was confused/surprised. Its sad that the only one left is red and without the panoramic roof - both disqualifying for me.

Should have been a SW fix. Some stealers, I meant dealers, are really good at their job.

If the dealer fixed it on their dime I wouldn't care if it was a new cluster or software. Just providing relevant info for someone that NEEDS to have that MPH in their cluster active at all times.

Replacing the hardware will need to take off trim pieces.
Once the trim pieces have been taken off, there is a tendency to rattle.
Hence, it is something that shall be consider as well.

It was at Northland Auto in Milaca, MN. It had a branded title with DC1, DC2, SS, red needle, and pano roof.

branded title...
Enough said?

Used Buick Regal car prices have gone through the roof over the last two years. Like $2,400 more on Carvana for a 2016.

Significantly lower mileage would be a big factor for me in deciding. My 2018 Preferred only had about 7500 miles on it when purchased last year. Still had some problems with it (rear differential) but was still under warranty. Fuel mileage is impressive, in mid 30's. There is no tow package available but many of us put class 2 hitches on them which is fairly easy DIY and only costs a couple of hundred.

Yeah I bought it and I live over 2 hours from him! It was a minor flood car. My family has been buying cars trucks and SUVs from that dealer for the last 12 years(9 vehicles including a few trucks we use for work daily). any issues we had and he takes care of it (had an Acadia power steering pump blew out and he replaced rack and pinion as well free of charge ). Mark includes a warranty on any flood related items. He replaced all the fluids and pulled the interior out to make sure nothing was damaged. He has pictures to prove what was done. In the end he work a few thousand off for being repeat customers. so for 19k I bought it
