Locks have stopped working

My passenger side doors won't work from the outside button or the key fob. The driver's side doors are fine. All for work fine from the inside switch. No correlation to car wash/weather.
The Buick dealer said it was a lock issue-will work from the inside, not necessarily the outside.
AAAA service center said it was probably an actuator or other electronic issue.
Does anyone have any thoughts on what path (least expensive) to pursue?
