my 96 roadmaster temp guage wont move

hi the car sat for about a year and a half and i just got it back. i changed thermostat and coolant temp sensor but still no read . any suggestions?

coolant temp sender, or the temp sender for the gauge? the Temp sender for the gauge is on the pass side head. coolant temp sender for PCm is in water pump

I changed the one on the water pump .. The other one is where exactly??

the one that operates the gauge is on the passenger cylinder head towards the rear.
