Passenger side air temp problem...always warmer 2007 Lucerne

I have the glove box out, and can watch the operation of all three blend actuators on the passenger side while I change the setpoint. They all seem to work! None of them click, or fail to move. The air temperature on passenger outlets are 10+ degrees warmer than the drivers. Any help appreciated.

This is a great car with only 110K, but it did need the top side of the 3800 done for losing coolant. Runs great!
