I have the glove box out, and can watch the operation of all three blend actuators on the passenger side while I change the setpoint. They all seem to work! None of them click, or fail to move. The air temperature on passenger outlets are 10+ degrees warmer than the drivers. Any help appreciated.

This is a great car with only 110K, but it did need the top side of the 3800 done for losing coolant. Runs great!

The actuator is the most common problem on the temperature difference. The two other items to check on the AC charge and on heat is the core doesn't have any air or blockage. The other item would be doing a calibration on the actuators, couple of internet posts on the method.

The AC charge? Wouldn't both passenger and driver be the same temp if that is the case? The actuator you highlighted does rotate and seemingly change to its opposite stop when temperature is switched from cooling to heat.

Low freon levels can effect left and right side on AC in some cases. The highlighted is the most common actuator for L&R temp differences.
