Sirriusxm channel selection issue

Just transferred my xm acct from 2010 enclave to 2017 Envision
Xm plays , but only channels 1 and 42 which appears to have been a save from previous owner
Dial channel selection goes between the 2 channels
Attempted to use manual channel selection screen , not all numbers are lit , and only allows input of channels 1 and 42
Reset radio to factory , no help , had Sirius send signal again , no help.
Any help ?

I believe those are the channels that are available before the radio is registered.
You need to call Sirius again and fully explain your issue and make sure your subscription was moved.

My past experiences only channel 1 , preview channel is available without subscription , but worth a try , thanx

Thanx for the info , preview used to be the only channel , I checked my truck radio without cm subscription , and yep ! Channel 1 preview And channel 42 Metallic a are there without subscription , who would have thought
I will now reach out to xm again to get our radio activated and perhaps make a deal for my truck as well

Update , problem was sirrius/xm , they do only send channel one demo , two weeks after this , checked both vehicles and both only had preview channel.
Got on the phone and received an excellent one year program for 2vehichles and one home reciever

A heads up: when you get your renewal notice after a year and the rate is set to skyrocket, call them and tell them you want a deal or you’ll cancel. Works every time.
