The 2018 Buick Regal Tour-X Wagon Discussion

How high does that liftgate get? Is it adjustable? We can open the liftgate of our Odyssey in our garage, wondering if we could do the same with the TourX.

I'd say close to 75" fully open. I didn't see any way to adjust it.

On the driver door below the pull handle is the button to open the hatch. Part of that is a rotating ring to adjust the hatch opening height. 3 options - full open, 3/4, or prevent opening.

Nice. I didn't see it in the Sportback but I guess I didn't look hard enough.

I apologize for the confusion. I was speaking of the TourX. I do not know if the sport back has that option. This is the TourX thread so you might get a better response if you post a new thread in the forum one level up.

Excellent! I just saw the knob at the 8:48 mark of this review: http://www.tflcar.com/2018/01/buick-regal-tourx-review/

Here is a screen capture of it.

Also:
Looks like Buick is estimating that at least 30% - and maybe even up to HALF - of all Regals sold will be the TourX. Crazy times...

And just to throw in a random wagon-related tidbit, apparently some dude in the UK commissioned a custom shooting brake version of his Tesla Model S. Awesome....
