"The Dreamer" 2003 LeSabre Limited

Not sure how a Chinese tire would be used on trimming the fiber hair on a speaker panel, don't think the OP would use a tire anyway for that LOL.

Considering that I was talking about his tires and replying to Regal LTD Coupe I suggest that that you need a refresher course in reading comprehension.

Regal LTD Coupe block me from reading his opinions so maybe you should know what the facts are like the OP was given this as a gift.

But if you boys want to pitch in and buy a set of Michelins for the OP Dreamer well that really would show that you put your money where your mouth is at.

By the way who asked about the tires in the first place, um no one!

Now, speaking of tires, let me steer this conversation, what are the benefits of upgrading from 15" to 16" tires?

Once again you really need to read things properly. No one asked about his tires. The OP mentioned them in post#51.

Nothing noticeable, maybe more choices for 16 than 15, but a little additional clearance in the brakes calipers. It's when moving to smaller side walls and larger rims when the ride can start to suffer. Some other owners actually have gone down in rim size because the ride was a little to rough.

Thanks for the explanation about 15" and 16" tire difference. I'd rather keep it at 15" because they look good!

I am trying to figure out a best GPS device to use instead of using my phone for every long trip that I make. Do anyone have any GPS to recommend (I do not exactly trust ratings or comments). I plan to put wire in between dashboard components to make it seamless.

Getting a dedicated unit is one option but check on map updates and if any related cost, can't recall if you have or getting a new stereo but it's a option to consider GPS. I use a old Samsung galaxy for GPS as you don't need activation for a cell phone to used and there are free GPS apps that work great so zero cost. I've used this for years and traveled multiple states.

Thanks for your ideas, appreciate it. I plan to leave LeSabre as original as possible. (Of course fix the broken lights in stereo and climate control systems.) Using old phones never came to my mind, i will check those out!

My Lucerne has sat nav but GM wanted to much $$ to a updated map that was outdated the day it came out and my 95 Lesabre has nothing. I've used the free Navigator app, there are other free ones, but it's not tying up my real phone and I use the same old one for playing MP3 music files via Bluetooth.
