2022 Buick Envision won’t start up

Hello guys!
I have had this Envision that I bought from auction around 4-5 months ago. It was starting up and running/driving fine. I put a tender in the jumping tab and the ground in the strut, just to keep the battery charged. All was fine, I was turning on every week or so. But I haven’t turned it on in about 2-3 weeks, probably a month. Today I tried, it started it up but suddenly turned off. Every time I try, it starts but after 1-2 seconds it will off. Also I have notified this buzzing noise in the front (watch the video) which have been making it since I bought it. Any idea? I disconnected the battery to see if it will help but this might not be the issue.

I'd guess the high pressure fuel pump is bad/dying. Do you have a CEL?

Oh yep! But it is crashed… but I might run a test with a scan tool to see if any thing wrong with the fuel pump.

I received a letter from Buick about a recall for the fuel pump module.
