This is what I found but I can't purchase anything, where did you purchase from? The packaging looks similar to the guy on eBay.

Everything I ordered was OEM parts listed on Opel/Vauxhall official accessory or parts site. I had Blitzparts send them to me. I reached out to him last June I believe and never got a reply. I wanted to order additional items. To the best of my knowledge he no longer orders and sends parts anymore.

If you google the Opel/Vauxhall part number "39180139"(this is the parts number for the sportback model) you should be able to pull up some additional research on the item. I don't think they use the old part number anymore, but the car shades website should point you in the right direction.

Yeah, I really like those! They install like they’re permanent yet they’re easy to remove. I have ceramic tint, which works great, but it’s still no match for Louisiana summer sun. The additional layer of privacy is nice too.

Guess I’ll add these to the growing list of aftermarket accessories and mods…

Did you find 4 pc door storage bins available? We had orders cancelled @ Amazon & NewEgg as OOS and could only find the 4 pc set available @ AliExpress.
What p'd me off is that the Amazon seller requested that we cancel the order, while they now advertise the same product @ 100% markup over the price of our original order.

I ordered a set of four from eBay. I placed the order on 3/15 and since they are coming from China, I have a delivery date of 4/13. I’ve already received confirmation of shipping, so it appears the order is on track.

What p'd me off is that the Amazon seller requested that we cancel the order, while they now advertise the same product @ 100% markup over the price of our original order.

Amazon frowns upon vendors cancelling orders. However if the customer initiates the cancellation, the vendor only is only assessed a late shipment and not a dreaded vendor initiated cancellation.

Being a vendor, it's all about remaining in good standing in Amazon's eyes...you'd be shocked the metrics Amazon maintains. Amazon treats bad experiences with vendors very seriously as it affects Amazon UX. They are able to manipulate the page position of that vendors products so that they appear far below the fold. And with Amazon success, page position is a priority.

If you're mad enough, you can share your experience directly with Amazon (include your order number). It will likely be brought to the vendor's attention via an Amazon rep.....an email which was always fun to respond to.

My door storage bins have made it to Smyrna, TN and I expect to receive them by Friday. They’re a couple of days late, but that’s not too bad coming from Chy-na.

The iPad idea has been in my head for a while. I came up with a couple of different options and then I realized my sound system upgrade would make it an easy add-on/upgrade. I plan to use my phone’s hotspot to provide Internet access for the iPad. I have two options for routing iPad audio to the sound system. I can connect it to the spare USB port in the console and use it with CarPlay or I can connect the iPad directly to the S/PDIF input on my DSP. I would most likely enable the Handoff feature and allow phone calls to be routed to the iPad.

I previously identified this car mount for holding the iPad. It can be mounted such that it’s easy to reach without getting in the way of passengers.

The heads up display seems like it could be done fairly easily by using the factory location for an aftermarket projector. I need to look into it further to be sure. Amazon sells several HUD’s and a couple of them are highly regarded. I believe an aftermarket solution would be much cheaper and provide additional functionality which is not available with the OEM HUD.

Possibly. Nothing a little closed cell foam can’t fix. Every panel I remove gets a little CCF before I reinstall it.
