Just wanted to update this thread as I've been bouncing all over the place with my build. It has been at ZZP since December due to a smoking issue, overboosting at times, fuel cut off and an otherwise poor performance.
ZZP found that my PCV valve was trashed, which has been like that for who knows how long. A couple other things were fixed on the car as well. If I remember correctly before the car blew up it made around 410whp. I rebuilt the motor with wisecos and carrillo rods, external balancer etc. Re dyno'd the car and it made 382whp (went with lower compression pistons). So ZZP changed the PCV valve (mind you I'm on E70) and redyno'd the car. It's making 447whp. So I saved some money and am definitely happy with the 60 HP gain. Going to pick it up Wednesday. I will save some money this summer and do a fifth injector set up and a 7163 next fall so we will be around 500 to the wheel. Want to test reliability at the 450 mark first.
