Has Anyone also experienced this? It does not happen all the time but every now and again while at a stop light or sign the motor will start to shutter like its going to stall but never does. I run premium gas and already had the cam actuators replaced any ideas?

do you have the heater/ac on when this happens?

Happens to my Turbo on occasion as well. Starts stuttering like it is going to stall for a few seconds and then is fine again. Happens in warm weather as much as cold. My climate control is always on Auto. The stuttering never gives a fault code.

I get the same thing... never had it checked out.

Same here, happens all the time, annoying as hell.

My climate control is always set on auto. I have not yet taken it to the dealership because it might only happen once or twice a week. No alarm codes here either.....

I'm having this issue as well. Dealer could not duplicate but documented it. Mine actually stalled at a light. No codes.

I have the same exact problem with my 2012 turbo. It almost seems like the car is bucking. I cant figure out what it is but im thinking maybe it has something to do with the nuetral feature in the trans, or maybe its turbo surge? either way, annoying as hell.

Me too... Like all the others, not very often. AC on auto as well.

Happens to me, however it is rare. I just think it is something with the fueling on these cars. I know they are suppose to be a little uneven at start up, we had a guy from GM at our dealership data logging some of the cars that came in.

My rpm stays pretty constant when this is happening too if that helps any...its usually the most violent and most common after cruises on the highway come to a stop at an exit ramp

My rpms also stay constant also. But as for when it happens it could be either or. Sometimes its after I get off the highway and other times it might be a trip down the road It's not very often just very annoying and honestly just embarising having a new car sit there and shutter as if its a 20yr old Escort.

Didn't the VW TDI's had/have this same issue, a shudder when idling. I believe there was a DIY upload to adjust the cam timing, not that it would help our cause, but it maybe a good lead. My wife has 6k clocked on our Turbo, but she claims no such experiences.

Same here. Motor starts to shudder, sends a mild vibration through the car but the RPM stay steady. Goes on for a second or two and stops. Never got a code or stalled. But it happens a few times a week. It happens in warm or cold weather and in every mode the climate control can be in.

Car is 100% stock.

Well with the GS doing this as well it rules out the transmission. It must be something to do with the direct injection motor, I highly doubt they have a bunch of faulty fuel pumps. It might even even be a software issue. Who know I just wish they would fiigure it out. My Regal is stock as well. Anyone with the tune have this problem?

Had that happen 3 times, with quick breaking to stop. It will vibrate violently..it will jump from 1krpm to almost 200. Back and forth almost stalling. Very odd...usually had that happen with heat soak from intakes in the past. So it is kind of weird.
