You missed post #21.I see in the install photos straight pipe was installed to replace the stock mufflers. How did you finish off the tips? Or did I miss something?

Cut out the stock mufflers and removed the tips to be welded to the new pipe running from the y-pipe to the bumper.
New Exhaust Set up:
same as TPR but I went ahead and upgraded the y-pipe to 3" with dual 2.5 T304SS exit pipes:

Sounds nice... just enough grunt but not to over the top.
Looks like you need to do a little plasti dip on those exhaust ports(check it out).
Did you ever put the carbon fiber inserts in for the GS?
I highly recommend it.. I know we haven't had much good weather.for a detail... but the dip really helps.
I like it Benny... I would consider doing this to my GS if I didn't do so much creepin'.
