I would love to see one of each on the same dyno. I have to admit that smoother is tempting, as I really want a package that delivers smooth, linear power.
Now the question is with the IP-E tune, is this tune always on where one is getting the enhanced programming at all times, or is it controlled by a switch or a minimum level of throttle input?
Also does it have the same transparency feature and does it add to the flash counter on the ECU?

EDIT: Are the orders being placed via the ATS 2.0T product with the Regal details added afterwards or how is this being accomplished?
... why would you want to turn off better power delivery...
This may be a dumb question but with IPF what software on a laptop is compatible with the tuning software
My concern is more of a comparison point to understand our tuning options.
Just ordered my IPF tune for my 2013 GS auto. If you take the time to speak with Andy on the phone, you won't consider any other option. They're the only one's I would trust tuning my car, and there's no chance I'm paying $700 for a GM Stage Kit where owners seem to be trying to convince themselves that they can feel a difference.
Understood! Just pointing out that comparing dyno graphs side by side, even if they are done in independent research facility's under a controlled environment still does not replicate real world driving and all the benefits proper ECU remapping can offer. Our solution to this... we offer a no BS 30 day money back guarantee. If you feel there is a better option out there after trying our software, simply flash back to stock, return the module and we will provide a refund (minus shipping fees)
With Trifecta they tune the transmission (I believe shifting points to account for the increased power band), but I don't see any mention of this on your tune's product page. Does your tune also include a transmission tune? If so, is it also transparent?

Yes we offer trans tuning as well with the same transparency 🙂
The best part is that it is 100% transparent. No increments to the write counter and all CVN entries and check-sum's remain 100% factory.
I'm very close on deciding and have used Trifecta before. Part of the reason are these kind of thorough and candid responses, as well as exceptional support I've received with that tune. Just wanted to acknowledge your response and say thanks (I guess I already gave you some rep recently, wouldn't let me give any more).
"Offer", as in it's extra or included with the standard $599 tune?
