Has anyone replace their Tourx wheels?

I am going to plasti dip in anthracite. Will post pics when done. Hopefully hold me over until the original tires are done.

Can't wait to see it. I was thinking about doing a set of GS wheels in anthracite. I currently rock anthracite on black on my daily; I pick up my black TourX on Saturday.

Sweet Saabaru!

I’d recommend against plasti dip on wheels, particularly if you utilize a car wash
Touchless have seemed to work ok. Just picked mine up today and I have to say I do like them up close... maybe I will wait for the weather to get better

Found a deal on these I couldn't pass up today.

Nice grab! Weather was nice enough today I started playing with my summer wheel plans...I will hopefully share soon!

Hey all...

Picked up my car yesterday and posted this before but I'll try again...

I'm thinking Cascada wheels should be a direct fit offset of 41 instead of 40 w/same bolt pattern (they are both Opels)

Now can we dig a little deeper has anyone put a bit larger tire on their car?
With the 20's I'm thinking 245/40/20 (+1.7)
or is there enough room to put this one in 235/45/20 (+3.9)
I think personally the wheel openings need to be filled out more

You should be ok with the 245/40, but I highly doubt the 235/45. That much more tire I’d be shocked if you didn’t have rubbing turning.

Stock tire. 235/50-18 is 27.25 dia.
245/40-20 is 27.71" diameter or 1/2" larger. Fine by me.
235/45/20 is 28.37"
That is sort of big, as it is so close to the shock strut.

I like the Opel/Vauxhall wheels. I wouldn't think it would be too hard to get a hold of them, although I looked these up and they seem to be 20". Would be nice to have in an 18" to keep the bumps down and better mpg.

The baddest wagons I ever owned were all three of the 149 1991 Audi 200 Turbo Quattro Wagons that were imported into the US. Only available with 5 speeds and loaded (for their day) with the only choices being exterior and interior color and "Sport" or "Comfort" seats in the front. .....

WAGONTHEDOG - Note my screen name. Our sport red Essence resurrects our long lost, but not forgotten, tornado red 200QA MC2. Not quite the panache of a 20V, but closish.... We had two. The first one was totaled by a driver who ran a red light. The second one was still going strong at 245,000 mi when we sold it in 2012 because my wife wanted the kids in a car with more than one airbag. Fun fact - As long as the Audi looks, the Buick is actually longer. By I think 3 inches.
