2018+ Regal: All Things Accessories

Are these covers for the cargo tracks?

My car does not have them (covers).
Also has anyone experienced issues with the plastic hooks snapping away? Somehow they feel flimsy inferior compared to the "round disks" that get screwed in to the chassis on other cars.

Was the car equipped with two side pocket nets?
My car has the netting ripped on the passenger side and nothing on the driver side.

If you're referring to my last post, I don't believe the bottom two photos are of a TourX. The top two are of a Sportback, but couldn't say what the other pictures are (note the center headrest in the rear seats, which we don't have).

As far as the hangers, they seem plenty sturdy for this use. Any heavier items will be supported by the floor. The only forces the hooks really have to deal with is from the elastic net itself, pulling inward a bit. I would prefer a couple of the round disk style hooks, but I don't think I can follow through with putting a hole in my plastic. The hangers are sufficient.

a few new pics of the shifter trim cover. Goes over the chrome and is made of metal (steel) the color & pattern is slightly off but a vast improvement over the chrome (reflecting the sun).

Is Blitzparts still doing business ???

Hopefully he is ok. I know our facility in Germany had no COVID cases until recently. It sounded like things were getting worse there, still nothing like we saw here in the NY/NJ area at the beginning.

Isn't France and Germany going back into lock down now?

I've had good experience with Adrien but maybe situation has changed. Here is another source that might be helpful, these guys are stateside. No experience with them but someone posted info about them on another site.

I will be looking for Euro specs cover for the cup holder behind the gear shifter.
I do like the look of the cover but I've found that adding a thin piece of adhesive foam allows a Yeti tumbler to fit in there perfectly with no rattles while I drive.

I enjoy the pedals; I suggest checking ebay for a set, way cheaper than the dealership and they are legit GM parts.
I got a set off ebay and the brake pedal was slightly too small so I had to modify it to stay on. Just an fyi

Has anyone replaced the shift knob in their 18+? I bought one and according to the sellers page and a YouTube video apparently there is a zip tie that needs to be cut (which I don't have) and then you just yank very hard to pull the old one off. Well I gingerly yanked on it but didn't want to break it. So I have a new knob I can't use

Tugging on your knob is just gonna break it... err... anyway... You need to pry up the shift boot/bezel to access a couple of retaining tabs just below the shift knob. Once those retaining tabs are released, you can slide the boot and bezel back down. With the boot out of the way, you'll now have access to a U-shaped metal clip that locks the shift knob to the lever. Remove the clip and the knob will pull right off.
