Black intellilink screen

I'm jumping on board! This morning car won't started and I had to get a jump but the screen is out. It's just black and no radio or nothing! It's a 2016 Verano.

Were you able to find out what the problem was? Mine did the same thing, nothing is working

Ive had the same issue a couple times. but mine worked again after I turned the car off and opened the door to kill the retained power and it worked fine.

Cant diagnose it over the internet, you have no choice other than to go back.

My 2020 Encore gx, with less than 20k miles on it, had the screen completely go black. The on off button does nothing, in fact none of them do. Back up camera works, though.
Anyone figure out a fix yet?

Meh, I figured it out. Believe it or not after spending money on a tech 2 scanner and a radio module I figured out the 15a fuse was bad, and what I mean by that is that it looked good It just needed swapped. That ranks at the top dumb things I've done to fix the car.

I have a 2014 Buick Enclave that I absolutely love. Best vehicle I have ever owned. All of a sudden, The Intellilink system shuts down and starts back up about every 30 to 45 secs. When it does, it I have the blinkers on the blinker sounds stop if it shuts down. What is the problem and is there a fix?

Same thing happened today to my 2017 Buick Encore. My screen went blank. Radio works and I can change channels just can’t see anything on it. Is there something I can do?

I'm frustrated with mine. First the intellilink was restarting on its own back to factory. But now if I adjust the volume with the nob it turns the screen off. You can still hear fm or xm but can't change channel or volume. Also the wifi turns off along with Bluetooth. But backup camera still works. Help me
