Coding in additional information pages/themes to Guage Cluster

Hi, I took a look at the Tour-X this week and have a few questions.

I tried inserting a USB thumb drive with music on it and couldn't figure out how to access it through the info unit? I currently drive a 2019 Regal GS that has a different info unit and all I have to do for this is insert the drive, go to music and select it from the options.

How do you know it has the Trifecta tune and what are the steps to activate it?

Usb has to be format to fat32. The name of you usb stick appear on the audio section.

G'day from Oz, I have a 2019 white needle gauge vxr and in the pocket gauges there isn't oil temp gauge, anybody have had similar or know how to get it on display as it is not even in list of changeable gauges in list on my carjust have voltage and acouple of different fuel economy ones ,cheers

In the States, we don't get a configurable cluster without White Automotive & Media Services enhancing it. Before WAMS reworked mine, all that could be displayed was the oil temp and the battery voltage. Are the VXRs configurable for you guys?

I'd assume so based on your mention of the changeable gauges, but wanted to double check.

In the past, I purchased from them Uplevel / GS Cluster Upgrade and Retrofit (brand new GS instrument cluster), but they never replied to me regarding upgrading "GM HMI" with the Opel logo. I would like to have a matching screen boot for the instrument cluster and for the infotainment screen. Currently GS cluster boots with Opel logo and HMI Infotainment boots with Buick's logo.

I reached White Automotive & Media Services regarding "2018 Regal Infotainment Branding Change (with full feature unlock)" service for 2018.5+ Tourx. In the past, I purchased from them Uplevel / GS Cluster Upgrade and Retrofit (brand new GS instrument cluster), but they never replied to me regarding upgrading "GM HMI" with the Opel logo. I would like to have a matching screen boot for the instrument cluster and for the infotainment screen. Currently GS cluster boots with Opel logo and HMI Infotainment boots with Buick's logo.

WAMS did 'upgrade' my (white needle) HMI to the Vauxhall branding, but we found out that there was an issue in that after the re-branding, the only speaker in the car that worked was the centre dash one (which gets its signal directly from the HMI). Turns out that after the change, the signal ('Remote Amp Enable' or something like that--pin 14 of connector X2 on the HMI ) that turns on the rear amp/noise cancellation module (which Vauxhall doesn't use) wasn't going 'high' to enable that hardware. I'm guessing WAMS doesn't want to get involved with re-wiring the hardware* in the HMI or finding the location in the software to re-enable the signal.

*Reasonable sure he could--but that modification would void the warranty on the HMI.

I've changed mine from opel to intelilink theme. Much better graphics and shows estate, not sedan.

Yes, I realize that but as far as I know the panel layout is the same for both Red and White needles.

What's in place of the oil temp gauge?
