I emailed them a couple of days ago no response yet according to my credit card co they were billed on July 2 . hope the lights show up .
After the latest response from the seller, Allen Yang, I ended up filing a claim.
On July 1, 2013, I received an email advising the order was shipped. The tracking number did not work with the Chinese website and no USPS tracking number was provided.
Full Shipment Made for Order No. XXXXXXXX Dear ,
Your order No.has been all shipped on 2013.07.01 18:40.
Fast forward to July 30th and emailed Allen:Allen,
According to the order website, the order was supposed to be received between 15-26 days. It is now day 30 and still no delivery. Another big problem is the tracking number and lack there of. The China Post Air Mail Website which does not work when entering the tracking number and even worse, you failed to provide a United State Postal Service Website tracking number. Please address this issue/rectify the problem by letting me know where the order is, so I do not have to file a claim. Please provide a United State Postal Service Website tracking number.

I am worried since I should have received the order by day 26 as stated on the order website. That was five days ago, making it 31 days and still no delivery. I hope you are able to track down the package, let me know where it is and provide me the United State Postal Service Website tracking number.

That was it for me. What an unprofessional seller and fuggin liar. I filed a claim after that email and responded with this email:

Worker told you item on the way and you sure you ship it. You're kidding right? So you obviously lied when you sent the email on July 1, 2013 indicating the item had shipped. You obviously did not take the time to read the actual content of my emails either.
I have waited 34 days and you just shipped the item supposed.....AGAIN. That is ridiculous and unacceptable. It took for me to email you to get my item "shipped again" after all this time. You did not provide a United State Postal Service Website tracking number as I specified also. This is an extremely unprofessional way to run a business and unsatisfactory customer service. I am filing a claim. I will never do business with your company again
