Removing turbo

Lol JEEZ didn't even give me time haha

Is the turbo still available? Might be good to have an extra.

Turbo is still available.

Update: Tim stated that the clutch over extended the throw out bearing n it grenaded, he is making a custom spacer for it, should b done friday

kyle youd know better than anyone , any pulley or intercooler for this thing? bring that up when u talk next to zzp lol

We are gong to do a front mount and all plumbing next month so it week be available, need to set aside some coin in the meantime. I got nothing but compliments on the regal there from all the balt owners

This car always gets compliments it stands out im just glad that slowly this car is getting to have a better performance aftermarket

This car is a sleeper and honestly the cost to hp ratio is pretty impressive.

LNf makes more power then the lhu
Ill have to ask Vince why again, had a conversation with him about this a long time ago

Is this turbo upgrade a bolt on solution ? Or had been touched the internals ?

i was told by ZZP that our lhu is a gen 3 block with sleeved cylinders. I'm unsure about what makes more power, but i was getting the vibe that the cobalt guys would drool over the gen 3, being that it is the updated motor.

Solution? Yeah a solution to haul ass. lol, its bolt on, and no my internals have no been touched (except for my modified intake cam for e85).

any more updates? Pics? Vids?? Exhaust sound???

Il have it back this week, when i did the clutch we apparently had to have a spacer custom made for the throw out bearing... Trust me I'll update yas 😀

I am seriously going through withdrawals.... I've had my car in the shop longer than I've owned it. :banghead:

I totally understand my car is one the first high hp regals but I'm pretty disappointed as far as zzp's time efficiency. I won't go in to detail, i like them n hope to work with them for us in the future... But damn, who would think a new pressure plate would take over two weeks to install....

IMHO, It seems like this cars technology does not accept modifications too well. Just giving those a heads up that consider this type of modification, there's probably a good reason why the one guy with a forged motor and zfr never came back, he probably drove the car of a cliff.

What is Jerry springers final thought? Leave it stock

i think you might be right - for me i check out one of the bolt ons from autowerks but im not looking for the power you want - looks like this car has plenty of restrictions

why are they taking so long the hell kind of service is that
