Still Finding New Things

I could't find that someone posted about wireless charger for the key fob. Right where you have two cup holders with the shark, there is a little step to place the key fob and little diagram of the lock and wireless charging logo.

lol it's mine. Bought it and within a couple of days left on a family vacation, put over 3000 miles on it during that 2 week period. I'm sure the miles will come much more slowly now because my commute is roughly 12 miles per day.
Hi, PrincipalDan - we meet again! Love our TourX!

Two things discovered from this last week. The first is a pleated filler on the Sportback's moonroof when it is tilted up. It covers the mechanism (classy) and may reduce wind noise.

The second is the Auto-Exit feature has a flaw for altitude-challenged drivers (like my wife). This features moves the driver's seat back to its farthest position to make it easier to get out of the Regal. Unfortunately, she has to scoot forward in the driver's seat so she can reach the brake pedal in order to start the car and have the seat adjust to her position.

Make that three things: You can't disable this feature while you're driving. After watching my wife go through her gymnastics to start her Regal, I figured I'd go into the settings and disable it for her. That menu is not available unless the car is in Park..

That’s where you put the key when the fob battery is dead. It uses NFC to communicate with the fob. You could leave it there for years and the fob will still be dead, sorry.

It’s also the place the dealer will place a fob for programming.
Found out if you inadvertently fail to cancel turn signal while driving the car will display a message after a while reminding you it is on.
Buick has done that for years because their sterotypical geriatric owner can’t hear the ticking or look at the blinking light. My ‘04 Rainier had it.

Turn signals reminder... More Lesabres and Park Avenues needed it that feature in the 80s.

Oh, thanks for clarifying that!

Could try making a number 2 set position that suits here better, and use that for exit, and disable the easy exit feature. That way, she has the seat where it's comfortable for exit, thenre-start - but you lose a 2nd memory setting to that, and it won't happen automatically, you have to push a button

Nah, just disabled the Easy-Exit. It also lowers the seat as well as running it all the way back, so she was having more trouble exiting the Regal with the so-called "Easy Exit".
