Can someone post the update files again? That onedrive link from the earlier post does not seem to be working anymore.

I brought my car in and advised them I needed the update - But they did not update it (Even though the work order says they did..). Seems like they are playing games with me as the car goes out of warranty in only a couple weeks.

My dealer screwed it up last time too.
I called them up and they found out "their mistake" and fixed it when I brought it back in.

Unfortunately The posted filers were V22.10. You really want 22.11 which was never downloadable here. The update doesn’t always take for some reason. My dealer had a hard time the first time updating it.

I'd be happy with the 22.10. My main bug is the fact that any phone call during carplay crashes the unit.

Since over the air updates, my phone now just lists the number, not info from my contacts?

The over the air update was to the OnStar system not the radio though?
Are you connected via Bluetooth or AA/CP?

Thanks again, the update works great. Fixed my main issue which was Carplay crashing during phone calls.

Can you share info on 22.10 with me also please? I'm trying to solve for Carplay disconnecting when a phone call comes in. I have yet to try "reset to factory settings" - not sure if that is something that would work?

Could you share the 22.10 file with me too? Purchased a 2019 TourX and it still is on the original PS21.1 dated June 20, 2018. Took it to the dealer and the work order shows they updated and reprogrammed the radio, but it doesn't look like they did the work stated because it still has the same PS21.1 build number and date. The Apple Car Play also still disconnects calls and reboots every 2 minutes when on a phone call. Thanks a lot

When 22.9 came out had my old time service advisor update radio to 22.9 no problem doing so. Recently received messages from dealer saying GM notified them GS needed service. Read these postings and found out about 22.11. Took car into dealer to my new young service advisor, told him about navigation not starting and gave him a copy of TSB posted here. He tried to lecture me on many things could be wrong, etc.
Turns out battery was so bad that GM somehow was getting communication errors? (I tried to have the battery replaced last fall, but this service advisor would not do.) The tech noted on work order the navigation problem and TSB, but it was not done. The service advisor had a new battery put in and told me to drive car. I asked if they had done update to 22.11 and he said GM said the radio software was up to date and he would not update to 22.11 as per TSB. I checked radio it is still at 22.9.

What should I do now? Only have a few months left on warranty.

I've never used it myself because my dealer updated mine under warranty, but others have used this file so it should be legit. I've not altered the file from original. That said, use at your own risk. I'm not responsible if you brick your infotainment system. 22.10.zip

What should I do now? Only have a few months left on warranty.

Try a different dealer or be extremely direct with the current dealer. There is a newer version available and there is no reason for them not to update it, especially if you are experiencing issues.

If possible, take photos when the issues arise and provide them as evidence alongside the TSB.

Does anyone still have the update? I bought a used tourx recently and it currently has the PS21.1 firmware, I took it to my local dealership and told them about my CarPlay crashes and Bluetooth problems. they said they did an update but I’m pretty sure it’s still the stock firmware.

I’ve been a member here since 2019 but have not posted much. Therefore, I do not have messaging capabilities. I would pm members directly but sadly I’ve not earned that right. I’ve tried 2 different dealers and they are unbearable to “deal” with. Can someone please repost the 22.10 zip file so I can try to update my console myself?
