Saw my first TourX in the wild today.

Saw a tinted white TourX on Rt23 south around noon by Jackson Ave.

Across from me at an intersection on commute home from work. We both had left turn signals on, and I thought, I think mine looks like that. As light turned green and we both proceeded, I could see side of the other TourX - couldn't believe how excited I was to see another one - hoping they saw my dark blue TourX (but I don't think many others look at vehicles as close as some of us do - oh well)

You know one thing I've realized is that other vehicles I've bought I suddenly start to see them everywhere (1997 Escort, 2004 F150, 2010 Highlander...) Not so with the TourX. And this is in an area where there are a fair number of Buicks because the local dealer is well respected and has been around for 100 years.

yeah, my neighborhood is littered with Buicks... until recently, most of the residents were people who built the houses in the late 60s/early 70s. I have seen one sportback in my neighborhood but no other tourXs... though I have seen several around town (town being Dallas/Richardson/Plano).

I think I have seen 4 total in the last 6 months... 1 grey, 1 black, 1 blaze red, and 1 white.
I pass by the black one every morning on my way to work, and the white one on my way home.

Wow, you pass 2 TourX's every day? Has your TourX been acknowledged by them?

We need to make the wagon mafia stickers that has the outline of our wagon!

The black one I see in the morning when its dark out so I'm not sure, haha. The white one is usually coming the other direction on a divided highway so its also hard to see the driver.

I saw a guy in a black one once that gave me the wave of approval

Since I have known about the TourX and started considering the purchase.....I've seen exactly 3....

-- I think I saw Marty's TourX 2x...one at Mohawk Commons in Niskayuna and once on Wolf Rd in Colonie
-- A white one on the commute to work(1x)...had old school blue/white empire plates--probably another happy state government worker
-- A white one in central NJ while travelling-- an older lady was driving it on hwy 55 around Millville/Vineland NJ

That's it in 18months!!

I see a silver one frequently in the north part of Pittsburgh, always in the same parking door while they are at work. And saw a white one the other morning going the opposite direction on McKnight(mare) road.

Not a TourX, but I saw a gorgeous V90 (T6, I believe) today on the way to work. That may be the best looking car out there.

Saw a white TourX last night in the parking garage at the Knoxville airport. It was parked on the first level garage just before the rental car section. Nice and clean.

That V90 is gorgeous. I'm a bit more partial to the shorter length of the V60, but both are really good-looking wagons.

I'm the opposite... I never was too excited about the V60 because it might as well be a Sportwagen. Gimme the long, long roof!

The longer the roof the better..in my opinion.

I do like the regular v90 vs the v90 cross country which seems jacked up too high for my taste. You also have to special order the regular v90..not that I have the income to buy one.

I also spotted the new V90 on the way to work today, but as it was coming in the opposite direction could not tell if CC or not. At first I thought it was a V60 but then realized this mother is big!

On a related note...my 99 volvo xc70(tank) just suffered catastrophic transmission failure. At 21 years old...I can't justify a $3000 transmission. I'll miss the boxy tank. I guess this just means I get to drive the TourX everyday!!

Or we're married to a wagon lover so we play nice with the weirdos and geezers that also love wagons.
