TSB 19-NA-100 Radio Software Version 22.8 and TSB 19-NA-249 Favorites Grayed Out- Nov 4, 2019

The link will be active for 1 week then it’s done. I got this file from a user on here a while ago. I've never used it myself because my dealer updated mine under warranty, but others have used this file so it should be legit. I've not altered the file from original. That said, use at your own risk. I'm not responsible if you brick your infotainment system. 22.10.zip
@saab93driver could you kindly repost the zip file again. I discovered this thread when searching for a way to fix problems with my head unit. Regards

I got the 22.10 update by SPS and backed up the USB update files.
Is that vehicle specific?
Anyway, it's here.

Warning: I'm not responsible for any damages caused. Format you usb drive with FAT32 and copy all files in the folder to the root of the drive.
Plug into your vehicle in park and follow the onscreen instruction.
(It may or may not work since I don't know if the update is locked to one vehicle, but I don't think they will do that...)

I also noticed that, after updating to 22.10 from 22.9, you can no longer use ADB to install any custom android app by enabling USB debugging in developer menu
(To enable hidden developer menu, click version number in about menu several times)

I have a usb-c to usb-a cable and a laptop with usb-c ports, so I can connect to the center console with ADB through USB connection. GM seems to lock the adb tool down to their GMAuth tools only. Well, the system is still based on Android 5.1.1

Yea I've tried the factory reset already. Not sure if it's Android 14 or what but something weird going on. You mind sending me the 22.10 file?

The file is 1.86 GB in size, and can't be emailed. The link where I accessed files expired after 3 days...

Hmmm can you host it on google drive or microsoft onedrive or something just until I can download it? Google gives you 15GB for free, even with just a fake account. Afterwards I can post a link that i'll keep up in perpetuity if you can just get me the file, I'd be in your debt!

Here is the the latest 22.11 update files for white needle/2018.5 and newer regals. Load these files to an empty usb drive formatted to FAT32. Plug the usb into the car's usb port and follow on screen instuctions to update. I do not guarantee these files will work, as they are were for my car. I am not responsible for any programming errors or computer bricking. Use at your own risk! Here's the link- 22.11 Update files - Google Drive

The 22.11update file is only 2.55 meg. That can't be the entire update
Didn't work for me, but I'll see if it's my problem or if it's more than me before I try to start figuring it out. Thanks for the files though!

From AWT 2.0T's link, the combined ZIPped archive is over 1 GB & opens to over 2 GB when extracted.
Gotcha and thanks! Thought my phone app that handles zip files was being wonky. Can i update straight to 22.11 and bypass. 10?

Not sure if that also affects our ability to directly update via USB, haven't done it myself.
Not sure how/where AWD 2.0T acquired those 22.11 files.

Safest bet might be to update to 22.10 first, since some have had success with that update, then try the same with the 22.11 files later as our first guinea pig. Of course, you'll never know the answer to your question that way 🥨

What is supposed to be fixed with the 22.11 update?

sorry for a dumb question ...

i downloaded the files .... how do i install it ?

thx
