Buick Regal Sports Tourer project

Send Pic to Jalopnik. Tell them your a disgruntled laid off GM employee that wants to spill the beans on the 2021 TourGSX.
That looks like a lot of work went into blinging it out.

My front grill is due for delivery tomorrow. I may have answers and part numbers for ACC cars soon!

Awesome update! I'm finding it difficult to find sources for some of these parts, and am looking forward to your further updates, hopefully with sources along with the part numbers.

One thing I would like to know is cost involved. Great build, car looks... fantastic, but how much did you spend to do all of that?

I LOVE this build you are doing and I am happy that you are willing to share your progress and experience along the way!

I am anxiously waiting to see the final result of the cooling function of the seats and how that pans out. I'm so envious that we don't get messaging or cooling on the TourX. This would be the first retrofit I would do.

I actually think I like the silver trim strip on your build. With all of the black, it provides a nice pop. My first thought, when I saw it photoshopped as black, was an Outback. Almost like it took away the appearance of the sloping roofline we have.

I really like those GS wheels you have on there, in the most recent pic. Are those PC'd? If you don't mind, how much $ did you have to put into those?

@RoRi, your Sports Tourer has sure come a long way. Amazing work! Makes me want one of my own and I am not even a die hard wagon fan. What % tint did you decide on?

Quite the transformation over the past 3 months.

@RoRi the previous gen GS rims look sooooooooooooo good on this gen. They really compliment your whole build. Different bolt pattern....care to share which spacers/ adapters you went with? 😊

Opel grill is in with working ACC.

ACC owners will have to order Opel bracket 39079563. It moves the radar module down below the emblem.

The plastic absorber behind the bumber cover needs to be trimmed a little for the Opel bracket.

I trimmed the passenger side first; it was way more than needed to be taken out. The drivers side accurately shows how much needs to be removed.

@RoRi Are you going to get the Trifecta tune for that sweet ride?

Your car looks fabulous - great job!

Thanks for the update! What about the seats and wheels?

I see (on my existing) where the rear bumper cladding is held in place with double stick tape on either side and then seems integrated into the lower piece (where fake exhaust surrounds are mounted). How does that piece come out? Are there clips or does it sorta snap in and held by tabs?
