`97 LeSabre Custom- 159,250 original everything (except battery, brakes, tires and oil).
Mint condition except faded pinstriping (fixable) and minor leather wear on drivers seat (fixable).

I have an 02, and it has about 188,000 miles on it, doesn't use or leak any oil. Runs great, gets about 30 - 31 mpg on the highway.

Can't ask for much more!

Drive safely,

Dan Harriman

170.000 here engine and trans strong but trying to keep the suspension together lol two lower control arms and tie rod ends so far

Currently at 182K. My goal is 200K. Then I will feel that I got my monies worth.

I have the '93 LeSabre Limited. I bought it from an old lady in her 80's. She told me she's had it in the garage for 7 yrs. She sold it to me for $1,800 with 20,034 miles on it. It is at 44,654 miles now. Runs smooth. I haven't done any schedule maintenance on it. Oil change is every 3,500 miles. I bought 4 new tires on it and that's it. The car runs smooth. I have had it for 2yrs now. This is not bad for a 17yrs. old car. Maybe i will change all the hoses and that's it. There is not a single problem with the car at all. The guys at the shop tell me that i have a good engine under the hood. Everything that came with the car are still there. She never used the jacks or any of the tools that came with the car..they are still in plastic and stickers. Not even the spare tire has been used. There are still stickers with the hoses under the hood. But i know the hoses will need to be replaced real soon. I am just so happy for the price i got for this car and how the car performs.

Just pushed 150k. Bought it 5,000 ago and replaced a bunch of neglected parts. Previous owner thought it was a P.O.S. just because he didn't want to invest a little time and money. WIN for me! This car has been the ride of choice when going almost anywhere (except the harware store and things that won't fit in that huge trunk!) Replaced= Shocks, struts, cv shafts, ball joints, tie rods, all brakes, tires, stereo, HVAC controls, at least 10 bulbs, and the driver side seat controls. LIKE NEW! and it's from Florida so it's still like new underneath!

I am up to 184K. 3700 miles in the past 2 months. This car has been extremely dependable for me.

Current daily driver is a 2005 Lesabre Limited that I bought with 12000 miles in July of 05. Current mileage is 257,000. One of the best cars I have ever owned. About all it has needed was 3 of the 4 wheel bearings, 1 tie rod end, a water pump, and the pressure control solenoid in the transmission.

Run Mobil 1 5 W 30 Truck & SUV synthetic oil and change it every 7500 miles.

Previous car a 94 Lesabre Limited with 378,000 miles on it, but on that one I replaced the engine and had to have the transmission rebuilt. I got $200 on trade in for the 94.

The next one for me is a 2000 that we bought from an elderly woman when she went into a nursing home. 23,000 miles on it in showroom condition. That one is up to 83,000 miles now. The 2000 seems to have electrical gremlins, may be because it was the first year in the new bodystyle. When my 05 dies or I give it to the kids I take the 2000 and my wife gets a new car.

Just bought my 2000 Lesabre with 46000 miles. Love it... :headbang:

1989 274k. runs very strong all original. Just have issues with slow windows and the door locks and trunk.

My wife and I both drive LeSabres daily:

1989 LeSabre Limited coupe, Ruby Red, 218,500 miles. Original engine and transmission, virtually trouble-free since new.

1990 LeSabre Limited coupe, Gunmetal Gray, 68,000 miles. Purchased in 2009 with only 44,000 miles.
